
I under stand that I am consenting to receiving false eye lash extensions. I understand this consists of individual fake lashes being adhered to individual natural lashes. I understand that on rare occasions allergic reactions are possible . I understand that my eye lash technician is in no way responsible for any medical issues that may occur as a result. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my lash tech if I have any allergies to any product she may be using.
I understand that my lash technician has a no refund policy. I understand that if I am unhappy with my service I have 48 hours to notify my lash technician . My technician will asses the concern and if the issue is at no fault of the customer , my lash tech will fix the issue or remove the lashes at no cost. If the issue is simply that the customer ends up not liking having lash extensions , I understand there is a $20 fee for removal.
Cancellation policy : I understand that there is a 50% deposit required at time of booking. I understand that this is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If I need to cancel an appointment I understand that I must do so 48 hours prior to appointment and reschedule. I understand that if rescheduled my deposit will go towards that service. I understand that if I no call ,no show or cancel the day of the appointment I will STILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE .
I understand that if any signs or symptoms of sickness are present I am not to come in for my appointment. I am to give 24 hours notice and I understand my deposit will go toward my reschedule. I also understand that if I show up to my appointment and have any symptoms (runny nose, cough , fever ) I will be refused service and asked to leave and I will forfeit my deposit and be charged the full amount for service. During this time it is crucial we are all respectful of each other's health. Thank you
