This agreement releases CHIVAS TOURS LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur {during Traveling by bus , etc.}. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold CHIVAS TOURS LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in Traveling by bus involves risks and dangerous of serious bodily injury . These include but are not limited to permanent disability , paralysis and death; these risks and dangerous may be caused by my own actions or inactions , the actions or inactions or the other passangers; there may be other risks and social and economical losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity and as between myself and CHIVAS TOURS LLC, I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation in the activity.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue CHIVAS TOURS LLC,  it’s  administrators, directors, agents, officers, partners, volunteers and employees (“Releasees”) fromany and all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releases or otherwise and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver or liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claims against any of the releases, I will indemnify save and hold harmless each of the releasees, from any litigation’s expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as a result of such claim.

By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against CHIVAS BUS LLC, for any reason. In return, I will receive a Service riding de Bus . I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
