I understand that the attendance of dog training sessions is not without risk to myself and my dog(s). Despite dogs appearing healthy and being handled with the greatest amount of care and foresight, dogs are not always predictable and the unexpected may occur. I hereby assume any and all risks to myself and to my dog(s) that would ordinarily occur by my participation in training sessions. * Please check it here.

I hereby waive and release Mind and Manners from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending training sessions or the surrounding area thereto. * Please check it here.
