Zen Hanger Media Release Form

I grant all rights to hereinafter known as Zen Hanger, LLC ("the company") to use my image (photographs and/or video) for use for Marketing and Media publications including, but not limited to advertisements, company and affiliate websites, social media campaigns and marketing campaigns.

You will paid no less then $125.00 and up to $175.00 after the final video is received and approved. We will let you know the final amount of pay after the Sample video is sent in. The Sample video and Final video will not be used until you are paid in full.

I hereby agree to not disclose any details of this arrangement publicly or private. The participant is liable for any damages that result in violating this agreement of non-disclosure.
