POLICIES:
I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my eyes fully closed and be very still during the entire appointment until my lash artist addresses me to open my eyes.
I understand the risks or receiving lash extensions that may include, but are not limited to, eye redness and irritation. The fumes from the adhesive may cause serious irritation if I open my eyes.
I understand that I must take care of my lash extensions by avoiding tugging, rubbing, or picking of the extensions.
I understand I should avoid getting my lashes wet for at least 12 hours after my appointment. I should also avoid saunas and heavy sweating for at least 24 hours.
I understand I am to come to my appointment with clean skin and lashes and am not to have any makeup or oil-based products around my eyes.
I understand that I am to clean my lashes daily with an oil-free cleanser in order to keep my lashes clean and healthy.
I understand that lash retention is just as much my responsibility as my lash artists, and that I should avoid products containing oils, and clean and brush my lashes daily.
I understand that my lash artist reserves the right to refuse service if my lashes are too damaged or are at risk for further damage.
I understand that there are no refunds for any services rendered.
I understand that my service may be featured on social media unless I specify that I do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
I understand that children should be left at home and are not allowed for the comfort of all clients and for the safety around esthetic equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a late cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the service. Payment is due the same day of the scheduled service.
No shows are subject to a no show fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the service. Payment is due the same day to the scheduled service.
If you are running late to your appointment, please do your best to let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may not receive the full service or may be asked to reschedule.
