1) Season Enrollment (Summer-to-Summer)

The Étoile Experience hosted by ANBT Performing Arts Company dance season runs Summer to Summer. By signing below, I acknowledge that my child is registered for the current year’s season and that enrollment continues to the following Summer.

Example: Registering anytime in 2025 (including mid-season) enrolls the student in the 2025–2026 dance season, which ends in Summer 2026. Mid-season registrations commit to the remainder of that season.

 

2) Tuition & Payment Term

Tuition is based on the full Summer-to-Summer season and is payable in monthly installments. Payment is due on the 1st of each month via Zelle to [email protected]. Payments received after the 5th will incur a $30 late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in suspension of participation until payment is made.
Missed classes do not reduce tuition, and no refunds are issued for absences. Families are responsible for scheduling their own recurring monthly transfers through their bank or payment app to ensure timely payment.

 

 

3) Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Once registered, the parent/guardian is financially responsible for tuition payments for the remainder of the current Summer-to-Summer season, regardless of attendance. Withdrawal from the program does not release the parent/guardian from this obligation. No refunds or credits are given for missed classes, early termination of enrollment, or changes in personal schedule. Written notice is required if you intend to stop attending so the studio can update class rosters and access; however, notice does not relieve the financial commitment for the season.

 

4) Make-Up Class Policy

Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy and subject to class availability. They must be scheduled within 30 days of the absence and cannot be carried over into the next season. If a student is unable to participate for an extended period due to injury or illness, the parent/guardian must provide written notice and, when applicable, a doctor’s note. In such cases, the student may schedule make-up classes upon recovery, in accordance with studio availability, to complete the missed instruction within the current season.

 

5) Weather/Unforeseen Closure Clause

If the studio must close due to weather, public safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, classes may be rescheduled, offered virtually, or replaced with alternative instruction. Such closures do not alter tuition obligations.

 

6) Costume/Recital Fee Commitment

Performance participation requires payment of costume, recital, or competition fees by the specified deadlines. These fees are non-refundable once ordered or scheduled, even if the student withdraws from the program.

 

7) Behavior & Dismissal Policy

Étoile experience hosted by ANBT Performing Arts Company reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior or that of their parent/guardian is disruptive, unsafe, or consistently non-compliant with studio policies. No tuition refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

8) Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that dance and movement activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, strains, sprains, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily choose to allow my child to participate in classes, rehearsals, and performances, accepting full responsibility for these risks.

 

9) Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Étoile Experience hosted by ANBT Performing Arts Company, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, illness, or property damage sustained during participation, whether on or off studio premises.

 

10) Indemnification

The parent/guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Étoile Experience hosted by ANBT Performing Arts Company from any claims, demands, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the participant’s involvement in studio activities.

 

11) Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize ANBT Performing Arts Company staff to seek and obtain medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am financially responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

 

12) Health Certification

I certify that my child is physically fit to participate in dance activities and has no health conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to inform ANBT Performing Arts Company of any changes in my child’s health status.

 

13) Photo/Video Release

I grant Étoile Experience hosted by ANBT Performing Arts Company permission to photograph and/or record my child during classes, rehearsals, and performances, and to use such media for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes without compensation.

If you wish to opt your child out of promotional photos/videos, please notify the studio in writing or by email. Upon receiving your request, Étoile hosted by ANBT Performing Arts Company will update your child’s file to reflect the opt-out status.

 

14) Acknowledgment of Policies

I have read, understand, and agree to follow all studio policies, including attendance, dress code, payment terms, and behavior expectations.

 

15) Communication and Notices

Official notices may be delivered via email or text to the contact information provided below. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to keep contact information current.

• I have read and agree to the terms outlined above.
• I understand that my child’s enrollment continues until the end of the current Summer-to-Summer season.
• I understand that tuition is non-refundable and my financial obligation remains for the full season once registered.
• I grant permission for my child to be photographed/recorded for promotional purposes, unless I submit a written request to opt out.
