•   I agree to hold the color manufacturers, salon/salon owner and hair technician harmless in the event of unexpected or undesired results. I understand that the products included in this at home color kit are for professional use only.  I understand it is only due to the current COVID-19 business closure, that this at home color kit has been made available to me. I agree to using my current personal formula on record. I understand that any further alterations or corrections will be provided at my own expense.

•  I have had the process and possible results adequately explained to me. I have been given the opportunity to make requests and ask questions.

•  I understand that the chemicals may have unexpected and undesired effects on the metals in my jewelry. I verify that I have been made aware of this and will remove all jewelry.  Every effort should be made to protect eyewear and clothing while color service is performed. We cannot be held liable for items damaged while using your At Home Hair Color Kit.

•  I understand that my stylist is a certified technician who will try his or her best to aide me in creating my desired results performed by myself at home. I understand that the best way to assist my technician is to be clear about my requirements.
