I acknowledge that access to the Distillery involves an inherent risk, and that common hazards associated with a spirits manufacturing facility may be present, including but not limited to slip and trip hazards, hot surfaces, wet floors and sharp surfaces.

I agree to follow all directions given by the tour operator and not to deviate from the tour path or touch any equipment without permission. 

I will not hold ARD Operation PTY Limited A.C.N. 632 014 049 ("Archie Rose"), its officers, any of its full-time or part-time staff, contractors or agents responsible or liable in any way for, and no action shall arise from, any loss or damage (including, without limitation and to the extent permissible by law, personal injury, loss of life or property damage) caused by or sustained as a result of my access to the Distillery or use of the facilities, equipment and/or materials therein. 

I hereby indemnify and shall keep indemnified and will hold harmless Archie Rose, its officers, any of its full time or part-time staff, contractors and agents against all losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees, and any other liability arising in any way from my access to the Distillery or use of the facilities, equipment or materials therein, or resulting from any breach of the undertakings herein.
