In consideration of my participation in instructor training provided by Authentic Instructor Training (AIT) via live and recorded broadcasts, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that AIT and its insurers, agents, contractors, vendors, location providers, facility providers, employees, officers, directors, owner, and associates, successors and assigns (collectively, “AIT Parties”) shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me on during, or as a result of participation in classes, regardless, of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of AIT. By execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type or nature, which may occur to me, and I hereby fully and forever indemnify, hold harmless and release and discharge AIT and AIT Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my participation.

I warrant and represent that I have no disability, impairment or ailment preventing me from engaging in any form of exercise or activity that will be detrimental to my health or safety. I understand that AIT is not responsible for my actions or the actions of other participants or guests. If I am in doubt about any part of my fitness training or recreation, I will consult my personal physician before participating. I hereby acknowledge that in participating in classes, I do so entirely at my own risk. I will consult my personal physician prior to undergoing any dietary or food supplement changes or using any of the information I may gain and before undertaking any weight reduction steps. I agree to be solely responsible for any activities I participate in and I assume the risk of injury, including permanent disability or death.

I further understand that the AIT manual and training program provided during the training is for personal use only and agree to not copy, duplicate, circulate or share the AIT manual provided. Also I will not record the broadcasted classes, coaching and/or training sessions provided by AIT, and that I may not use the manual or the AIT training program for the purpose of training instructors, studio staff, owners, proprietors, contractors or others. No license for use of the AIT training program is implied or granted.

I understand that photos and videos are taken during classes and events from time to time for marketing in all means and media and by all technologies, now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity, social media, and instructional purposes and I hereby consent to their use by AIT and waive my right to any compensation for their use.

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions served here from. This release may not be modified without a written agreement signed by both parties. By signing this release, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing waiver and release of liability and voluntarily executed this document with full knowledge of its content.
