Policies Agreement

  • Payment must be made in advance in order to book sessions. Sessions or packages may be purchased online or invoiced. Credit/debit card, Venmo, and cash are accepted (no checks or money orders).
  • Paid sessions or packages are non-refundable.
  • Packages are designed to be used within a month, and expire 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Session start and end times are firm. If a client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at its scheduled time. If the trainer is late by more than 10 minutes, the session is free.
  • Client must notify trainer at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a session. A late cancellation of less than 24 hours or a no-call/no-show will be charged as a full session. Likewise, the trainer must notify the client at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a session, and late cancellations or no-shows on behalf of the trainer will result in a credit of a complimentary additional session. Exceptions for both parties include illness, personal emergencies, and dangerously inclement weather. 
  • Schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute schedule changes are allowable only if mutually agreed-upon by both trainer and client; otherwise they are subject to the late-cancel policy above. Please note that there is limited availability for rescheduling sessions.
  • In any instance that the trainer must cancel or reschedule last-minute (except in the cases of illness, personal emergency, or dangerously inclement weather), the client will receive a complimentary additional session as compensation.
