Payment must be made in advance in order to book sessions. Sessions or packages may be purchased online or invoiced. Credit/debit card, Venmo, and cash are accepted (no checks or money orders).
Paid sessions or packages are non-refundable.
Packages are designed to be used within a month, and expire 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Session start and end times are firm. If a client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at its scheduled time. If the trainer is late by more than 10 minutes, the session is free.
Client must notify trainer at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a session. A late cancellation of less than 24 hours or a no-call/no-show will be charged as a full session. Likewise, the trainer must notify the client at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a session, and late cancellations or no-shows on behalf of the trainer will result in a credit of a complimentary additional session. Exceptions for both parties include illness, personal emergencies, and dangerously inclement weather.
Schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute schedule changes are allowable only if mutually agreed-upon by both trainer and client; otherwise they are subject to the late-cancel policy above. Please note that there is limited availability for rescheduling sessions.
In any instance that the trainer must cancel or reschedule last-minute (except in the cases of illness, personal emergency, or dangerously inclement weather), the client will receive a complimentary additional session as compensation.
