Participants younger than 16 years old must be accompanied in the room by an adult, while guests younger than 18 must have a signature from a parent/legal guardian.

All guests must fill out a waiver prior to entering the puzzle room.

Timewarp escape reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be over intoxicated.

By booking our room, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

1. GENERAL

1.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.

1.2. The game is designed for a team of 4-10 people per room.

1.3. These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by United States of America and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.

1.4. The company collects and stores your personal details without disclosing it to any 3rd party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable acts.

1.5. Due to the nature of the game no recordings can be taken inside the room. That includes (without limitation) the use of mobile phones, recording devices (video and/or audio) and cameras. The use of such a device in the room is not permitted at any time.

1.6. The company expects visitors not to disclose any details of the game directly or indirectly to the public.

1.7. The company may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.

1.8. The company is entitled to charge the guests for any damage which is intentional and/or caused by misuse of items.

1.9. While you are on our premises, you must ensure to conform to our codes and regulations, adopt proper standards of behavior, and cooperate with our employees.

1.10. Employees of Timewarp Escape, Inc have the right to refuse service to anyone based on inappropriate behavior, bad hygiene, or inappropriate clothing.

1.11. The company doesn’t tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment towards its employees or patrons.

2. SAFETY

2.1. Each participant will be instructed before their event by one of the employees of the company. After learning the rules of the event, each guest will participate in the event at their own risk. The company is not liable for any (personal or equipment) damages caused by not following the rules described before the event and signaged in the escape room.

2.2. People who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs as judged by the employees of Timewarp Escape, Inc may be turned away and their game stated as no-show.

2.3. Drinks and food may not be brought into the event.

2.4. Children at the age of between 6-15 have to be accompanied by at least 1 adult per event, children under the age of 6 are not permitted to attend.

3. PHOTOS

3.1. Photos of each team will be taken during and at the end of the game.

3.2. Photos of each teams will be stored on our server linked to the booking.

3.3. To remove your photos from the private gallery you have to notify us by sending the URL to info@timewarpescape.com

3.4. Photos may be uploaded to social media sites without names.

4. LEGAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

4.1 I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: The directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents of any and all entities authorizing this activity;

4.2 INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.

I acknowledge that the directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents of any authorizing entity are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.

I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose this authorizing entity decides, and assigns.

The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
