Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC (D.B.A Enigma Escape Rooms) operates and/or conducts live room escape games.

Participating in a room escape can or could result in injuries to the participant. Participating in the game might cause nausea, feeling of discomfort or anxiety to some participants. The participant, by executing his or her signature to this release, does hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC, its officers, members, promoters, owners, employees, or business partners further he releases the above mentioned members, promoters, owners, employees and/or business partners from any and all liability related to injuries, feeling of distress, health conditions, feeling of discomfort or any and all other claims and damages as a result of participating in an event/live game/show operated and/or conducted by Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC. Furthermore, the participant, on behalf of his personal representatives, assignees, heirs, and next of kin, does hereby release any and all claims, of whatever kind of nature, present and/or future, damages and injuries.

Participant assumes full responsibility for the risk of and body injuries and/or property damage due to negligence or non-negligence of Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC, its owners, employees in escape rooms live games conducted by Escape Room Entertainment LLC. The undersigned further acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily participating despite the risk of falls, contact and/or crashes with other participants, defective equipment, and the condition of the room.

Participant in consideration of being permitted to participate in escape rooms live games acknowledges the risks and hazards involved in and arising from attending, participating in, or being a spectator or bystander of any event in the escape rooms live games, including, but not limited to the additional risks of being hit by flying objects, falling, injuring himself/herself from the contact with objects in the room, and signs on his or her own behalf, on behalf of his or her heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees a release and waiver agreement with Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC and forever discharges and/or holds harmless Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC, their contractors, actors, employees and business partners from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity arising from or by reason of any body injury or personal injury known or unknown, and or property damage resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of participating in escape rooms live games or any activities in connection with the escape rooms live games conducted by Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC whether by negligence or non-negligence or from any and all other incidents of harm and/or ill-will.

I comprehend the risks involved with participating as a spectator or participant. I assume all risks associated with participating in the escape rooms live games. I agree that Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC or any of its assignees have the right to any photos and/or any video/sound footage of me during the escape rooms live games. These photos, video footage and/or sound materials may be used for any marketing purposes. I fully understand that there are no refunds under any conditions once I purchased my ticket.

I declare and warrant that I will not, under any circumstances, disclose, use, steal, borrow, copy, sell to a competitor any and all Escape Rooms Entertainment LLC’ (D.B.A Enigma Escape Rooms) Company Information. Company Information is to be broadly defined and includes all information, which has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which Company is engaged or contemplates engaging or the unauthorized disclosure of which could be detrimental to the interests of Company, whether or not such information is identified by Company. By way of example and without limitation, Company Information includes any and all information concerning discoveries, developments, designs, improvements, inventions, formulas, software programs, processes, techniques, know-how, data, research techniques, customer and supplier lists, marketing, sales or other financial or business information, scripts, gadgets, puzzles and puzzle concepts and ideas and all derivatives, improvements and enhancements to any of the above. Company Information also includes like third-party information, which is in Company's possession under an obligation of confidential treatment. I further declare and warrant that I will not disclose, use, steal, borrow, copy and/or sell to a competitor any gadgets, innovations, discoveries, developments, designs, formulas, software programs, processes, techniques, know-how, data that I encounter or might encounter during or after my experience/game participation at the Secret Temple room/quest. I understand and acknowledge that all of the above constitutes Company’s property and is subject to copyright. I shall defend, indemnify and hold Company and its successors, assigns and licensees harmless from any and all claims, actions and proceedings, and the resulting losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from any claim, action or proceeding based upon or in any way related to my breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty or covenant in this Agreement. I understand and acknowledge that any breach of the above terms on my behalf may and will result in a lawsuit against me.
