Generate a hunting liability waiver according to the risk of this hunting activity.

The liability statement allows guided hunting and related activities for the purpose of waterfowl hunting with Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC and/or its representatives. Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC does not make any warranty or representation of any type, kind or character whatsoever, as to existing conditions upon said lands and equipment for the purpose of waterfowl hunting or related activities.

The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the hunting related activities may involve the risk of property damage, personal injury and or death. Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC, their agents, other hunting guests and/or employees of Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC do not and can not undertake to supervise, control and/or regulate any hunting or related activities.

I, myself, or as a parent or guardian of any accompanying minor, unconditionally release and hold harmless Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC or its representatives & land owners against and for all liability, cost, expenses, claims, and damages for which Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC might otherwise become liable by reason of any accident, illness or injuries to or death of any persons, or damage to property or both, in any manner arising or resulting from, caused by, connected with or related to the participation in any activity or service offered by Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC, regardless of how, where, or when such injury, illness, death or damage occurs even if caused by negligence of Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC, its agents, servants, or employees, or due to conditions, participation or defects in the premises, equipment or activities.

For and in consideration of engaging in waterfowl hunting and related activities with employees and/or agents of Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC, the undersigned waives and releases any claims, actions or damages which he/she may incur, directly or indirectly, and forever discharges Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC as well as their families, employees, agents, successors, personal representatives and assigns from any liability or responsibility, of any kind, with respect to said claims, action or damages.

I agree and acknowledge that my hunting related activities are the result of my voluntary acts and decisions. I am over the age of 18 and I have read and fully understand the contents of the Waiver/Release Agreement. This agreement is a voluntary expression by me of my knowledge and intent. I have signed this Waiver/Release Agreement as my free and voluntary act and I intend that this Waiver/Release Agreement constitutes a contract rather than a mere recital.

I do certify that I have all the necessary licenses and/or permits to participate in any of the aforementioned activities with Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC, and that I do not hold Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC responsible for any lack thereof licenses or permits.

To the best of my knowledge I have no physical restrictions which would prohibit my participation in any and all activities offered by Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC, including hunting, hiking, lodging, food or beverage consumption prepared by Dirty Bird Outfitters LLC or its representatives.

I, the Permittee, have read this release and understand all its terms. I execute it voluntarily with full knowledge of its significance.
