AFTERCARE:

With proper care yours eyelashes can last up to 2-4 weeks before needing an infill. It is crucial you do not get your lashes wet for 24hrs. Do not use a spa, sauna or pool for the first 24hrs. The extensions need that amount of time to bond. Avoid pulling or rubbing your eyes. Do not use eyelash curlers with your extensions. Only use oil-free makeup remover. If your eyelashes are tangled or crossed over, use the spoolie given to you during your appointment to gently brush them in place. When brushing your extensions, always brush the ends and do not tug on the base. Proper hygiene is very important. Please keep lashes clean by regular washing and always arrive to your lash appointment with FRESHLY washed lashes. We have special foaming lash cleanser available. No Mascara can be worn with eyelash extensions. It loosens the bond of the adhesive to the natural lash and your extension will slide off. Mascara is also very clumpy in your lash line and is very hard to clean. After showering avoid rubbing lashes, blot them instead with a towel and let them air dry, never use cotton pads or cotton balls. You can also dry your lashes with a hair dryer- This keeps them extra fluffy- The hair dryer needs to be on a cool setting though and dry them bottom up. Heat is bad. Use care when applying eye and facial creams to avoid the lash line. Too many oil-based products can loosen the adhesive. RL&C recommends infills every 2-4 weeks (every clients is different). RL&C will advise you of your appropriate infill time.

If I am late for my appointment this will cut into my appointment and the therapist might not be able to deliver the service to her full potential.

Sleeping on my face, using oil-based products, extreme weather changes, steam, sauna and other activities may damage the adhesive or crimp the extensions and may require more frequent infills. I have read all of the above waiver and will follow all aftercare instructions to maintain my lash extensions to the best of my ability.

Lash extensions require on going maintenance and that infill fees are based on time and / or the number of extensions that need to be replaced in the infill appointment. If i wait too long between infills, I may be required to pay for a full set. If I no longer wish to wear eyelash extensions, my lash lady will remove them free of charge for me. I will not try remove these myself.

IMPORTANT:

New clients will conduct a patch test, however please understand that even though you may have had extensions prior, or passed the patch test, a reaction to eyelash extensions may still occur at any given time. Seasonal changes, hormonal changes, excessive crying or any action that may cause your eyes to become more sensitive than normal may cause an irritation. If any discomfort or irritation does occur, please contact Royal Lash & Co immediately so we can assess and deal with appropriately. By signing this waiver you understand that the adhesive and adhesive remover are skin, eye and mucus membrane irritant and that in rare cases persons may be allergic OR have hypersensitivity to synthetics, cyanoacrylate or formaldehyde, which in small amounts may be present in the adhesive. If medical assistance is required, you will seek medical care (at your own expense). You understand that getting eyelash extensions is at your own risk and you understand the risks involved.

If I wear contact lenses, I understand that I must remove my contact lenses for the duration of the lash application or removal. I confirm that I have no medical condition that would prevent me from complying with or heeding to the eyelash extension artist's instructions or these warnings. I have stated any medical condition I may have, and have doctors approval to wear eyelash extensions.

I hereby release Royal Lash & Co from any and all liability associated with any beauty service carried out in my appointments. Treatments have many variables due to lifestyle, moisture, weather, extreme temperatures, natural eyelash shedding, and other factors. The technicians at Royal Lash and Co will access and decide if I am a candidate for the services offered. No guarantees are made.

Last and foremost:

I hereby grant Royal Lash & Co the full right to take, publish and reproduce photographs of me, my face, my eyes and / or my eyelashes, both before and after this procedure, for any advertising, education, or other purposes whatsoever, including the right to retouch these photographs as deemed necessary. I further expressly assign any copyright in these photographs to the eyelash technician. I also grant my consent to the Royal Lash & Co to use my image/images and likeness as contained in these photographs for any advertising or other purposes
