RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

1.   In consideration for being allowed to use or operate a Bobcat machine at the GIE+EXPO Trade Show, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and legal representatives, hereby fully release, waive liability, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge Bobcat Company ("Bobcat") and its affiliates, and their respective successors or assigns, directors, officers, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively with Bobcat, the "Released Parties"), from, for and against any and all claims, causes of action, demands or charges of whatsoever nature, including, without limitation, any liability which is alleged to arise from product design or defect, negligence, or other conduct of the Released Parties, for property damage or personal injuries, including, without limitation, death, which I may sustain or incur by reason of my use or operation of, or proximity to, a Bobcat machine at the Trade Show.

2.   I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold each and all of the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, causes of action, demands or charges of whatsoever nature, which are alleged to arise from my conduct, which any third party may claim to have or hold for property damage or personal injuries, including death arising out of my use or operation of a Bobcat machine.

3.   I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS AND THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF IMPORTANT RIGHTS.
