I understand that there are risks, dangers, and hazards associated with exercising, personal training and group fitness that may cause serious personal injury or death and that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence in this activity. In consideration of my participation in classes, instruction and/or lessons by Victoria Dreckmann (aka VicotryUs Fitness aka Live VictoryUs) I RELEASE AND FULLY DISCHARGE Victoria Dreckmann, Daniel Dreckmann, insurers, agents, and employees from any liabilityresulting from any personal injury which is caused by any NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION of any Live VictoryUs Activities with respect to:

I accept full responsibility for any personal injury which may result from my participation in the fitness classes, instructions, and lessons, and I hereby HOLD HARMLESS VICTORIA AND DANIEL DRECKMANN RELEASEES from any personal injury sustained, including death, caused by the negligence of any VICTORIA AND DANIEL DRECKMANN RELEASEE, while participating in the FITNESS CLASS/INSTRUCTION. I agree not to bring any action or lawsuit against VICTORIA AND/OR DANIEL DRECKMANN for any personal injury caused by the NEGLIGENCE of any LIVE VICTORYUS OR VICTORYUS FITNESS RELEASEE.

In accordance with Wisconsin law, nothing in this Release of Liability should be construed as releasing, discharging or waiving any claims I may have for reckless or intentional acts on the part of VICTORIA AND DANIEL DRECKMANN RELEASEE.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS LIVE VICTORYUS/VICTORYUS FITNESS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS FITNESS INSTRUCTION RELEASE OF LIABILITY, I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE VICTORIA AND/OR DANIEL DRECKMANN, LIVE VICTORYUS OR VICTORYUS FITNESS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, INSTRUCTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES FOR ACTS OF NEGLIGENCE.
