Tnt LimoBus LLC will strictly enforce federal laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned and operated by TnT LimoBus LLC. TnT Limobus LLC will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur due to a person(s) standing, walking, dancing, horse playing, or other movement while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill or entering and existing the vehicle. Anyone using the dance pole is using it at your own risk; TnT Limobus assumes no responsibility for injuries occurred upon use. No weapons of any type are allowed, TnT Limobus is not responsible for any issues/injuries resulting from noncompliance. The renter on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests. TnT LimoBus LLC recommends that all and any personal values be removed from the vehicle when unattended. TnT LimoBus LLC will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles. The onboard restroom is for urinal purposes only; no defecating is allowed. TnT LimoBus LLC reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above/below request, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs requests in order to obey the rules in this contract. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without TnT LimoBus LLC acceptance. Any damage to the interior or exterior of the bus or equipment that is caused by an individual riding in the vehicle is the responsibility of said individual, and said individual is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the TnT LimoBus LLC service due to such damage. The client is responsible for cleanup and removing trash at the end of the night, otherwise a fee of up to $250 will be charged to have the bus professionally cleaned. TnT LimoBus LLC driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject and individual (s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance. By signing up and participateing in the ride the individual agrees that he/she, if intoxicated, will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving the Limobus. By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that TnT LimoBus LLC employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride. All deposits are non-refundable. The purchaser is responsible for the payment of the total amount 72 hours before the date of service via PayPal , CashApp, Cash, Cashier’s Check, Company or Church Check, and or Credit Card. We do not accept Personal Checks. If you are paying electronically we need to have a signed credit card authorization form to be sent back along with a copy of your signed contract. If the purchaser cannot provide all of the above items by the due date TnT LimoBus LLC will not start the job. Therefore, the risk of not getting paid will give us the right to cancel. The purchaser is still fully responsible to pay the total amount if he fails to provide the above requirements. TnT LimoBus LLC shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by [but not limited to] acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control. Since TnT LimoBus LLC offers high performance audio in the vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all the power-operated equipment might subject to failure. This will not interfere with the safety of the vehicles and as a result have no effect on continuing or paying of the contracted trip. TnT LimoBus LLC guarantees that all vehicles are constantly examined to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible. TnT LimoBus LLC agrees to send the requested vehicles as offered in the contract. We have the right to switch the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or if the vehicles are damaged. If no upgrade is available, TnT LimoBus LLC has the right to downsize the vehicle and charge the lower vehicle price. No additional charges will occur if upgrade is made without customer request. Customers therefore accept that replacement limousine/Bus maybe substituted if contracted vehicle become unavailable for any reason before or during the trip. By signing up for and participating in the ride the individual agrees that he or she is of age to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly while in the Limobus. If, at any time, passengers under the age of 21 are found to be in possession of alcohol or found to have been consuming alcohol during the course of service, the service shall be terminated. Any and all monies shall be forfeited. The driver has the option of returning to the point of pickup or ending the service at the point of infraction. If the vehicle rental is to be for a minor unier the age of {18} eighteen, this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian. TnT LimoBus LLC is not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride. I, the purchaser, agrees to pay the deposit or rental fee in full to TnT LimoBus LLC upon signing this contract. I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree.
