Deposit: Nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the date/time of your party. Any additional payments made are nonrefundable as well. If changes need to be made after booking, please advise us as soon as possible so we may try to make arrangements to move your party. We must be notified in advance of party time or deposit/ paid amounts will be forfeited. Deposits/paid amounts will carry over for 13 months from party date after that time deposit/ paid amounts will be forfeited. Balance is due upon arrival by cash or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted.
Occupancy: 1 party room rental pre-pays for up to 25 people (adults and children). Additional $5.00+tax fee per person over 25 up to 30 will apply. If you exceed 30 you will need to do a full center rental if you upgrade to full center rental at least 24hrs in advance additional fee is $150.00+tax. If you exceed 30 bodies on the day of the party you will be charged $175.00+tax IF the second room is available. If the second room is not available, we will have to cap your party at 30 and not allow any additional guests due to occupancy restrictions. Please review your invite list prior to the party to keep this from happening. By signing below, you agree to additional charges if you exceed max occupancy.
Full center rental pre-pays for max 60 guests. Our occupancy restrictions are set by fire codes/city.

Please keep decorations to table top décor and banners. No tacks/nails or anything that will damage the walls or paint of the party rooms. Tape must remove without leaving residue or pulling off paint. (blue painters tape works best)
No loose glitter or silly string!!! PLEASE as these are a nightmare to get rid of and we will have to charge you a damage fee for use of these. No Pinata’s. ***Smash cakes for first birthday, please bring floor covering for under high chair***
You (birthday parent(s) only) may arrive 15 minutes early to decorate party room only. Everyone must stay in the party room and off of toys as we will be cleaning and resetting for your party and not supervising. As a courtesy to the previous party please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior. Please advise guests we do not allow early entry we are not a fun center open for public play prior to your party.
***Socks are required for playing on toys PLEASE remind all parents of this so we don’t have any crying kiddos that cannot join the fun! Girls must wear shorts under skirts/dresses***
Food/drinks: You can bring any pre-cooked foods you would like (pizza, sub sandwiches) … we do not provide food or drinks. NO Alcohol allowed on PSEC grounds for birthday parties. All drink cups without lids must stay in the party room.
Each party room has a full-size refrigerator/freezer for your use.
Directions: Please advise your guests of driving directions GPS sometimes will take you a half mile down the road onto Ft Lewis property!
Turn onto 93rd Ave SE look left!!! First drive way is ours…PSEC is immediately to the left on 93rd we are set back off the road a bit (Blue/gray metal building).
Waivers: All participants under 18 must have a signed waiver by parent/ guardian to play at PSEC. Adults will also need to sign one if they play as well…. Yes! most of the inflatables adults can play on too! Rules are posted next to each toy please help in enforcing these for everyone’s safety. Anyone who continues to not follow safety instructions, we reserve the right to remove from the play floor.

Time: Please be mindful of your time. Best party flow is to allow the first 30 minutes - 1hr of play time. Then bring the kids in to the party room for food/cake/presents then send them back out for more play! All belongings must be removed from the party room by the end of your party time. We have clean up time following each party and need this time to prep for the next we want them to have a clean environment to enjoy as you did.
