We are very happy and excited that you have decided to attend classes with us at The Studio. We now have the opportunity to help you in whatever area of your dancing that you need or desire. We are committed to giving you the best dance instruction possible.

1.) Heart & Sole Dance cannot guarantee the same instructor for all classes and private lessons, but we will do our best. All Heart & Sole Dance instructors are of the finest quality.

2.) Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on studio property resulting from standard dance activity or any other activity conducted by students before, during or after class, workshop and private lesson time.

3.) The Studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs and/or video of the students to use in any print and promotional materials The Studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photographs or video in its name.

 4.) If the occurrence of 3 of less people showing to a class and/or workshop - class will then be cancelled. In lieu of the scheduled class, a 1/2 hour private is available from the instructor for the price of the class.

5.) Heart & Sole Dance has a zero tolerance policy. At anytime, your instructor has the right to excuse you from your private lesson or group class at your cost.
