I understand that Walters Management and its staff/employees will NOT be held responsible for injuries or loss of property while the below person is participating in this event. I do hereby release Walters Management, its officers, agents and employees or any other person from any and all liability including claims and suits in law or equity for any injury, fatal or otherwise. The signature below absolves Walters Management of all responsibility for loss of personal property.

Furthermore, I realize the risks involved to the participant. I will pay or cover any medical or hospital expenses, doctor bills, or other expenses which could be incurred as a result of treatment given to the below-named participant for illness or injury while attending or subsequent to attending this event. I hereby authorize the staff of EastLake I Community Association/ Walters Management or the Yoga Instructor to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention.

I further understand Walters Management or the Yoga Instructor retains the right to use, for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of participants taken at this event.
