By signing the online yoga liability waiver, you agree to hold Warrior Within Yoga entirely free from any liability.

This agreement releases Warrior Within Yoga LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, along with it's employee's, instructors and contractors, hereinafter "Warrior Within Yoga", from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during participation in Yoga classes, to include both in person and virtual yoga classes. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Warrior Within Yoga entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. 

I also acknowledge that Yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical fitness program, including yoga. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical fitness activities, including yoga.

By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Warrior Within Yoga, for any reason. In return, I will receive in person or virtual Yoga Instruction. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
