Participants forfeit all the rights to sue the riding activity by filling out the riding waiver form.

This agreement releases Wiss on Wheels  dba Rydables of Florida from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while riding or controlling the Rydable electric battery powered cart. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Wiss on Wheels  dba Rydables of Florida entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in riding or controlling the Rydable electric battery powered cart. These include but are not limited to bodily injury, death, property loss, property damage. This includes myself and/ or minor. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks and rules have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Wiss on Wheels  dba Ryables of Florida for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

General Rules

• Single rider must be 12 or older
• 12 and younger must ride with an adult
• Maximum of two riders
• Riders must stay seated at all times
• Keep fee on foot rests while in motion
• Stay within the designated play area
• No eating, drinking or smoking while riding
