All deposits for tattoos are final. Your Deposit Amount will be subtracted from the total price of the tattoo on the Date of Appointment and you will be responsible to pay the difference. If you are booking multiple appointments, then your Deposit Amount will be subtracted from the total price of the tattoo on the FINAL Date of Appointment and you will be responsible to pay the difference from each scheduled appointments.
If you CANCEL, RESCHEDULE or FAIL TO SHOW UP for any of your scheduled Date of Appointments before your tattoo is complete, then you will FORFEIT your Deposit Amount. There are limited exceptions to Medical Emergencies, Death of Loved Ones, or Severe Weather with a minimum 24 hour notice.
If you must reschedule an appointment, you will forfeit your Deposit Amount, pay a new Deposit Amount and submit a new Deposit Agreement with the rescheduled Date of Appointment.
Lucky Bird Tattoo prohibits anyone under the age of 16 to receive services from our shop. Clients the age of 16-17 MUST provide a valid form of ID:
a. learner's permit / driver's license
c. school ID + birth certificate
In addition to providing proper ID, clients between the age of 16-17 MUST be accompanied by their PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN and they must, also, provide a valid government issued ID. No exceptions.
If last names do not match OR if the addresses do not match, bring the client's birth certificate in addition to the proper IDs. Please contact the shop if you have questions regarding proper IDs.
ALL CLIENTS of Lucky Bird Tattoo must provide a valid, government issued ID before receiving any services from a Lucky Bird staff member, regardless of your age.
