To: Morryl Enterprises Ltd. d.b.a. The Yoga Space Vancouver, and its principals, directors, officers, shareholders, teachers, contractors, subcontractors, servants, agents, employees, teachers-in-training, visiting teachers, substitute teachers, and/or sessional teachers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “The Yoga Space”).
I am aware that yoga practice, yoga classes, yoga workshops, yoga series, or other yoga activity, including, but not limited to, a free yoga practice, class, workshop, series, or event, and yoga facilities including, but not limited to, yoga props, rope walls, and yoga furniture (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Yoga Activities”), may involve inherent risks including but not limited to, personal injury, and expense and related loss, including loss of income. I am aware that one of the risks, dangers, or hazards of Yoga Activities is negligence on the part of The Yoga Space.
In consideration of The Yoga Space accepting my registration and/or participation in the Yoga Activities, including ongoing or repeated participation in the same, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I, for myself, my heirs, my next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and representatives, agree:
This Agreement is effective and binding upon not only myself, but my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity.
and from this date onward, for as long as I continue yoga studies with The Yoga Space.
