I release Breathing Room Yoga Boutique, LLC, including any and all instructors associated with Breathing Room Yoga Boutique either at the studio at 5337 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 or at any off-site locations in which Breathing Room Yoga Boutique is involved, in the case of injury or physical harm or affective harm/discomfort. Specifically, I recognize that yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I also recognize that yoga practice may reveal or uncover difficult or painful emotions, that I am aware this may occur, and I release Breathing Room Yoga Boutique and all associated instructors from liability in this regard. While this studio is an environment supportive of self-reflection and growth within yogic traditions and practices, I am aware this space will be held within those bounds and that it is not a clinical counseling practice. I further recognize that should I choose to attend an outdoor class that I am responsible for sun protection and at least adequate hydration for my personal safety and I release Breathing Room Yoga Boutique and all associated instructors from any injury related to sun exposure. I acknowledge my understanding that if weather conditions are extreme, outdoor classes may be moved indoors or canceled. I hereby release Breathing Room Yoga Boutique from any litigation expenses, attorney’s fees, losses, liability, damage, or other costs that may incur as a result of such a claim. *

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any yoga class, including all hot yoga classes. I represent and warrant I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in any yoga class. I understand the unique conditions of warm and hot yoga classes and have permission from my doctor to fully participate. *

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any class at Breathing Room Yoga Boutique (on-site or off-site), I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages (known or unknown), which I might incur as a result of my participation in any style of yoga class. *

4. I give Breathing Room Yoga Boutique instructors full consent to use physical contact to modify, assist, or adjust a pose. I acknowledge that the level of difficulty of any yoga class is at the discretion of the instructor and that I have been asked to participate only postures that I am able to achieve with comfort/without harm. I understand that should I decline physical assistance during a posture, it is my responsibility to explicitly verbally state such to the instructor. *
