Step 1: Open Mindbody Custom Profile Fields Page
Follow Mindbody's official help article to navigate to the Client Profile Custom Fields page in your Mindbody account.

Step 2: Create Required Custom Fields in Mindbody
Create the following three custom fields in Mindbody exactly as shown below:

| Waiver Name | Text |
| Waiver Link | Text |
| Waiver Signed Time | Text |
Important notes:
- Field names must match exactly
- All fields must be set to Active

Step 3: Verify Fields in WaiverElectronic Integration Settings
Go back to the WaiverElectronic Mindbody integration page:
👉 https://app.waiverelectronic.com/profile/mindbody
If everything is set up correctly, you will see green check marks next to all three fields.
This confirms that Mindbody and WaiverElectronic are successfully connected.

Troubleshooting: Custom Fields Not Showing?
If you don't see the green check marks:
- Double-check field names and types
- Ensure all fields are active
- Click Check Fields to revalidate the connection
